Pro Lead Crafters LLC – Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern all services provided by Pro Lead Crafters LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) to any client (“Client,” “you,” or “your”). By purchasing, accessing, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
1. Services Provided
Pro Lead Crafters LLC provides digital marketing services, which may include but are not limited to:
Website design and development
Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising management
Lead generation campaigns
Funnel creation and optimization
Creative assets (ad copy, graphics, landing pages)
Consulting and strategy services
Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are outlined in your individual service agreement, proposal, or invoice.
2. No Guarantees or Earnings Claims
Client acknowledges and agrees that:
Pro Lead Crafters LLC does not guarantee results, including leads, sales, revenue, or return on investment.
Advertising performance depends on many factors outside our control, including market conditions, budget, competition, offer quality, follow-up, and sales process.
Past results are not indicative of future results.
3. Client Responsibilities
Client agrees to:
Provide timely access to required accounts (Meta Ads, website hosting, domains, CRM, etc.)
Supply accurate business information, branding assets, and approvals when requested
Respond to communications in a reasonable timeframe
Use leads ethically and in compliance with all applicable laws
Delays caused by Client may result in timeline extensions without penalty to Pro Lead Crafters.
4. Advertising Spend
Ad spend is paid directly by Client to the advertising platform (e.g., Meta) unless otherwise stated in writing.
Pro Lead Crafters is not responsible for platform outages, account bans, policy changes, or algorithm performance.
Advertising platforms operate independently and may reject ads at their discretion.
5. Fees & Payments
All fees are outlined in the Client’s invoice or agreement.
Payments are due in advance, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Late payments may result in paused services without notice.
All payments are non-refundable once work has commenced.
6. Website Design & Digital Assets
Website designs, ad creatives, and marketing assets remain the property of Pro Lead Crafters until all balances are paid in full.
Upon full payment, Client receives a license to use delivered assets for their business.
Pro Lead Crafters LLC retains the right to showcase work in portfolios and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed.
7. Term & Termination
Either party may terminate services with written notice as outlined in the service agreement.
No refunds will be issued for work already completed or services already rendered.
Upon termination, Client remains responsible for any outstanding balances.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Pro Lead Crafters LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by Client for services in the previous 30 days.
Client agrees to hold Pro Lead Crafters LLC harmless from claims arising from Client’s business practices, products, or services.
9. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public business, marketing, or financial information shared during the course of the engagement.
10. Independent Contractor
Pro Lead Crafters LLC is an independent contractor. Nothing in this Agreement creates a partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship.
11. SMS Messaging Terms & Conditions
Pro Lead Crafters LLC may communicate with clients and prospects via SMS/text messages for purposes including, but not limited to, appointment confirmations, reminders, service updates, and promotional communications.
By providing your mobile number and opting in through our website forms or other communication channels, you expressly consent to receive SMS messages from Pro Lead Crafters LLC.
Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply.

Pro Lead Crafters LLC is not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages due to carrier issues.
Our SMS services are intended only for individuals who are at least 18 years old.

12. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
13. Modifications
Pro Lead Crafters LLC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
14. Acceptance
By engaging Pro Lead Crafters LLC, Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
